This is a popular page and also the most important service we offer, as if this service isn’t done correctly, then a potential tenant could be lost!
This service isn’t just for the letting agencies, as it may be just a spring clean or a builders clean needed. Whatever the task, we’re here to help.
Like all the services we offer, it is fully insured and we have verifiable references.
We have a complete array of specialist cleaning products, which help us to achieve the standards of cleanliness and hygiene that we all expect.
All our staff are well trained in the use of these products and we have all the COSHH sheets for each and every one. All our staff comply to the Health and Safety at Work Act (HASAWA).
Our products are, wherever possible, as Enviromentally friendly as possible and we always buy in bulk to minimize transport and packaging costs. Saving our planet and saving you money! On that note, it is worth us mentioning that all our vehicles are Low Emmission Zone (LEZ) compliant.
Please read below the check list we adhere to at all jobs.
- Kitchen – clean inside/outside all kitchen cupboards, oven, microwave, fridge, defrost freezer, wash inside/outside of dishwasher, damp wipe all kitchen countertops; clean hob/ grill; sweep and wash hard surface floors; de-scale and clean sink, damp wipe window ledges, skirting boards, door frame and radiator. Clean light fittings, switches and sockets.
- Bathrooms – Scrub and disinfect bathroom floors; scrub and disinfect toilet, clean and de-scale bath & showers, shower doors and tiles; scrub and de-scale bathroom sinks; wipe all counters; clean mirrors, wipe skirting boards and door frame. Clean light fittings, switches and sockets.
- Bedrooms – vacuum and mop (if necessary); clean mirrors; remove litter; remove cobwebs; clean windows inside; dust and wash window sills and ledges; vacuum carpet edges; clean inside cupboards and wardrobes. Clean light fittings, switches and sockets.
- Living room – Vacuum and mop (if necessary), vacuum carpet edges, clean mirrors, polish table, clean and polish all surfaces, clean pictures, wipe skirting boards and door frame, remove cobwebs; clean windows inside; dust and wash window sills and window frames. Clean light fittings, switches and sockets.
- Hallway – Vacuum and mop (if necessary), vacuum carpet edges, clean mirrors, wipe skirting boards and door frame, remove cobwebs. Clean light fittings, switches and sockets.
That just about covers what we do.
Pricing is done in 2 ways:
- You set a budget and we work to that budget. Our services, including all equipment, and products are charged at £16.50 an hour and we will do as much as we can within that budget, concentrating on kitchens and bathrooms first.
- You can look at the price list below for a comprehensive set price service. This carrys a full guarantee on work carried out (subject to survey and mutually agreed price ammendments on the day)
Note our special prices for tenancy cleaning includes inside window cleaning. Carpet, upholstery, curtain, mattress and external window cleaning can be added at extra cost if required.

Please note that the above prices are based on unfurnished properties (add 20% for furnished) of an average size and of an average cleanliness. Price is based on a single oven, agas and range cookers are extra, as are extra fridges.
Also if your propety has an extension or conservatory this will add further costs.
Prices do not include parking or congestion charge, if applicable.
As we are licensed waste carriers, we can undertake rubbish clearance but a surcharge will be made.
